Where a BSC underwent a foundation programme, such as ND, HND, NCE, IJMB, JUPEB, etc., it will be wise to go along with its certificate or result too. Higher National Diploma holders should not only go with their HND certificates or statements of results but also with their ND results. As a BSC or its equivalent holder, your degree certificate or statement of result (acceptable where the certificate is not ready or not yet collected) should be with you at the point of clearance. You should go camping with your certificate or the statement of result.
